Merrell Big Sky Fleece

Review by Matt Heason
Monday 1st September 2008

Initially I was big fan of this fleece. Made of wool it was a welcome change from run-of-the mill synthetic fleece. However, a couple of months down the line, it is showing real signs of wear with some serious bobbling pretty much all over. It’s very comfortable with lined pockets and neck, and seriously warm to boot. However, if you use it for much more than casual wear you’ll soon end up with a fairly scruffy looking ‘smart’ fleece, which is a shame.
