Delivery Policy
Order by 12 noon, and select next day delivery, and your order will arrive
on the next working day before 4pm. If you select this delivery option at the
weekend, delivery will be on Tuesday.
Our standard charge for post and packing to a mainland U.K. address is £3.95
per order up to 15Kg and £10 over 15KG (including packaging). We aim
to deliver between 1 and 5 working days from accepting your order. Please
ensure someone is available to accept, check and sign for the delivery.
We are able to send parcels internationally however this amount will
be calculated on an individual sale basis, and will vary depending on
destination, weight of parcel and speed of delivery.
We reserve the right to charge for failed deliveries and resending parcels
at cost. We must be notified of any items damaged in transit, short delivered
or not as ordered within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days you will be
deemed to have accepted the order as undamaged and correct.
Quicker, or prearranged timed deliveries are possible at extra cost.

14 days, we will contact you to advise of an expected delivery date.
Where your method of payment is by credit or debit card, the card holder
address must be that to which the card is registered. Payment by credit
or debit card will not be taken until the day of dispatch. Changes to
delivery addresses after a package is dispatched may result in an additional
delivery charge being levied.
We regret we are only able to supply to countries within the UK, European
Union and North America where credit card address verification can be
made.
We use Protx and secure online verification systems to ensure security
of card payments. Please ensure your card is registered with the issuing
organisation before purchasing from our online store, please see the
links below. If your card is from a different issuer please check with
your bank’s website
